In addition, the Agents will not retain your personally identifiable information for use at a later date.
Promotional Offers. Sometimes we send offers to selected groups of our registered users on behalf of our clients. When we do this, we do not provide our clients your name and address. If you do not wish to receive these offers, you may opt-out of such further contact by following the steps listed in the “Opting-Out” provision below.

Customer information usually is considered one of the business assets transferred in such transactions. If your personal information is sold in such a transaction, the company that acquires your personal information will be obligated to maintain your privacy pursuant to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
Legal Disclosure. We may disclose personal information if required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that such a disclosure is necessary to conform with the law or legal process, or to protect or defend our rights, property or registered users.
